Article 12 : What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund, excluding any non-refundable fees.

After this time, cancellation charges may apply based on the following conditions:

  • Cancellations Made Between 24 and 12 Hours Before Pick-Up: Advance payments will be refunded, minus applicable bank fees. If applicable bank fees equal or exceed the refund amount, no refund will be provided.

  • Cancellations Made Less Than 12 Hours Before Pick-Up: No refunds will be issued.

  • In the Event of a No-Show: Full charges will apply without refunds. In extraordinary circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, customers will receive a full refund with no additional compensation. Chauffeurs & Services reserves the right to deny reservations for reasons such as intoxication, aggressive behavior, lack of personal hygiene, or safety concerns originating from flagged areas. We will be happy to help you with any unforeseen circumstances.
